Dear Grant,

Elon Musk makes $8-million/day — PER DAY — of taxpayer money; the average Social Security recipient receives $65/day. And yet, Musk calls Social Security a “Ponzi Scheme.” This is a blatant lie.
Social Security was created in the 1930s as a safety net for Seniors, so they could age with dignity. All our lives 6.2 percent of our earnings were deducted from our paychecks and our employers matched our contribution to create this Federal retirement program. This is our money and it has worked well for 90 years.
Leave it alone.
