Hinsdale County Board of Zoning Adjustment The Board of County Commissioners for Hinsdale County is seeking applications for an open seat on the Board of Zoning Adjustment (BOA). The BOA is responsible for hearing and deciding appeals to the requirements of the Hinsdale County Land Use Regulations or to a decision made in the course off the administration or enforcement of the provisions of the zoning regulations. The BOA consists of three members appointed to three-year terms. The BOA meets on an as need basis and is strictly volunteer.
