Hinsdale County is looking for someone to represent Hinsdale County on the Silver Thread Public Health District Board of Health. The Board of Health serves both Hinsdale and Mineral counties and is made up of county commissioners and local volunteers. The board is dedicated to improving the communities’ health and educational resources.
Applicants should be residents of Hinsdale County and have an interest in public health. Board of Health meetings are held monthly in either Lake City or Creede. Those interested in serving on the Board of Health should submit a letter of interest to Hinsdale County Administrator Sandy Hines, email [email protected] or sent to: PO Box 277, Lake City, CO 81235.
